Making sure the store is maintained to the highest standards and sparkles as much as the people and products within it, Store Managers use their excellent visual merchandising skills to maximise sales and increase the store’s turnover. Store Managers achieve all of this by devising and implementing staffing solutions to ensure every customer receives exceptional service, and each member of the team is challenged and fulfilling their potential to exceed all expectations.
