assistant store managers
Helping supervise store operations, you’ll contribute to the overall performance of the store through a high level of sales and customer service. You’ll know all there is to know about our products, carry out stock replenishment and help implement merchandise changes, as well as being involved in the general housekeeping of the store. Additionally, you’ll play a part in recruiting, training and developing Store Assistants.
A responsible individual comfortable acting as the manager on duty, you’ll also have the enthusiasm to help create a good working environment. With some experience of retail management, you need to be an organiser and problem solver with good numeracy and literacy skills.
