Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of District Sales Managers. Implementing key objectives, they drive sales and achieve profit growth throughout a region of around 100 stores. Taking a hands-on approach, Regional Sales Managers maximise productivity and efficiency throughout their region to achieve company goals and exceed expectations.
Regional Sales Managers also spend time developing highly talented District Sales Managers to ensure their teams are challenged and motivated, and that the region runs like clockwork.
