district sales managers
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, our District Sales Managers are responsible for providing direction to their assigned stores, working closely with each store to achieve their retail targets through focused sales and customer service programmes.
Travelling most days and communicating across the whole district, they draw on their knowledge of visual merchandising, customer service and sales to develop action plans that will maximise the productivity of their stores. Responsible for recruiting, training and developing talented store managers, District Sales Managers also produce succession plans to ensure the stores are always staffed and the teams are challenged and motivated.
