Claire's is retail, and our Retail Operations team are critical in ensuring that we remain that way. This focused team ensure that the mechanics that a store needs to function properly are always in place, allowing our retail team to do what they do best - deliver high level customer service. This focused department of 24 highly experienced retail professionals is split further into Visual Merchandising, Store Supplies, Operations and Communications and Customer Services teams.
Individually they are focused on making sure that each store is well laid out, well stocked and delivering the right external image and message, but together they are committed to ensuring that each store is operating as efficiently as possible. And this can range from simply making sure that the right in-store graphics are delivered on the right day right down to organising the layout of the store to the tiniest detail to offer the maximum products per square metre.
