The Quality Assurance team makes sure every Claire's customer is safe and happy, by working closely with the US and UK based European buying teams to maintain quality and legality of every product in our stores. We're one of the few teams you'll come across in the UK who oversee quality assurance around the globe, not just in one or two countries. We get to see every new product before it hits the shelves and test them out on behalf of our customers.
We have set exceptionally high standards for quality across Claire's with some team members enjoying secondments at our offices in the US to implement the practices that were originated and developed in the UK. As a small team, we work hard but have lots of fun along the way.
