As well as the roles across our extensive retail network, we also offer many core business roles in our Birmingham head office.
Our head office - or central office as we call it - has to be seen to be believed. It's brimming with activity every minute of every day. As well as housing vital support functions such as Buying, Finance, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Merchandising, Property, Quality, Retail Operations, Supply Chain and our European distribution centre, you'll also find a friendly open-plan working environment, excellent training facilities, an auditorium, as well as an on-site subsidised restaurant that offers a wide range of very tasty food.
What you certainly won't find anywhere in central office are segregated offices or closed doors. Around 310 people work here, all helping us deliver support to c. 458 stores across the UK and Ireland, and an expanding store portfolio across Europe
