Store Management

Store Managers are responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of a Claire's store, making sure that everything runs smoothly and profitably.

Leading by example, they ensure that their store is achieving its retail targets through delivering excellent customer service and use their commercial know how to ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standard to drive sales. They work closely with a District Sales Manager and are responsible for recruiting, training and developing the Store team.

Store Managers are inspirational, confident and enthusiastic, and they help each member to reach their potential through training and coaching. They also make sure that their store has a positive, hard-working culture. Every Store Manager is focused on making their store an outstanding one. They review key performance indicators on a daily basis, analysing data and using it to make their store's performance even better.
