The crucial link from strategic board level through to individual Claire's stores, our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) play a critical part in the success of our business by providing leadership and direction to a team of district sales managers.
Drawing on their experience and technical skills, strategic thinking and sound commercial judgement, our RSMs implement key objectives, drive sales and achieve profit growth. With a region of around 150 stores, they are focused on achieving maximum returns. They are known for their excellent coaching skills and take a practical approach to building high performing teams in their region, recruiting, training and developing talented District Sales Managers. They lead by example and encourage the sharing of knowledge, best practice and expertise.
Regional Sales Managers are ambassadors for change, handling challenging market conditions with confidence. So, as the market changes, so will our stores. They implement new retail initiatives while inspiring district sales managers and their teams to further improve performance and profitability. Thanks to their strong communication and interpersonal skills, everyone in store is engaged, inspired and passionate about making a Claire's store the best it can be.
