Each and every member of our store team plays an important part in its success by delivering first class customer service, something we're passionate about.
Every store is headed up by a Store Manager. They're supported by an Assistant Manager or, in the case of our flagship and top-performing stores, two Assistant Managers, plus a team of talented Sales Assistants. We also have field retail management teams in place to lead the store teams. Each retail management team covers a specific geographic region and is led by a Regional Sales Manager supported by a team of District Sales Managers.
