Retail Operations

Wherever you may be in the world, you'll know you're in a Claire's store when you walk into one (see our store tour for a typical example of a Claire's store). That's because of the way it looks and feels. This responsibility is the job of our Store Operations team.

Our European Store Operations team includes specialists in Visual Merchandising, Translation, Store Supplies, Communications and Customer Services. As a team they concentrate on ensuring that Claire's stores are commercial, well stocked, visually appealing and that the Claire's brand is communicated clearly and consistently to all our customers.

Whether it's a European role, or one that's dedicated to a specific zone, our Operations team ensure each Claire's store is operating as efficiently as it can. This can range from making sure that the right in-store graphics are delivered on the right day, to translating an important briefing document into several different European languages, right down to helping stores maximise every single inch of valuable floor space.
