I think I'm a perfect example of how Claire's nurture enthusiasm and really encourage people who are ambitious to succeed. I started here as a Store Assistant just over 6 years ago and now I'm managing a team of 18 in a million dollar store. In fact, I've been running this branch for 2 years already. I worked my way up through key-holder and Assistant Manager positions and was lucky enough to be involved in the launch of 2 new stores in Amsterdam and I've still got big ambitions for the future.

In contrast to other retailers I have worked with, the whole team here, at every level, are passionate about what they do, which I think has a lot to do with the supportive company approach as a whole. We work closely with central office who are there to answer any queries we might have, so everybody knows they've got help they can call on when they need it. All in all, I look forward to a long and fulfilling career with Claire's - it really is a pleasure to work for a company that takes individual development seriously.
