We'll make sure that from your first day with us, you receive all the training and support you need. We offer comprehensive induction programmes and at our European Head Office we operate a structured programme of objective setting, regular quality reviews with your line manager, and everyone is encouraged to participate in owning their personal development through our Personal Development Process.

When you join us in a Claire's store, you'll be introduced to our modular training programme. It's here to help build on customer service and teamwork skills. We also use 'bolt on' modules to develop skills such as leadership and communication. The programme's designed to help you fine-tune the way you work with your colleagues and customers. If you're coming to work with us as a District Sales Manager, the training is focused on improving your operational, leadership and management skills.

We're committed to recognising and rewarding your retail talent. In fact, many of our people started their Claire's careers as Store Assistants. Half of our current District Sales Managers have been internally promoted. Another sign of how committed we are to helping you get the most out of your time with us.

The same thinking applies to every job within our European Head Office in Birmingham. We'll give you plenty of support, plus in-house training. And, if it's relevant to your role, we'll even help you gain additional professional qualifications.
