Store Management roles

We'll assess all CVs and applications against the job requirements. If you're unsuccessful, we'll let you know via email. If you're successful, we'll ask you to come in for a competency-based interview or assessment centre. Second stage interviews will take place in store with a Regional Sales Manager or District Sales Manager.

European Head Office roles

Again, we'll assess all CVs and applications against the job requirements. If you're unsuccessful, we'll let you know via email. If you're successful, a manager or member of the HR team will ask you to come in for a competency-based interview. The next stage is further assessment, closely matched to the specific needs of the job you're applying for.

We use a variety of selection techniques, from standard interviewing to psychometric testing to assessment centres. It all depends on the role you're applying for.
