About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire’s no two days are ever the same, but then again that’s exactly how you like it! And whatever the day brings one things for sure, you’ll thrive with the responsibility of supporting your Store Manager to make sure your Claire’s store runs smoothly! Whether you’re driving sales at every opportunity, assisting your team in meeting targets and deadlines, merchandising our product range to create a strong and visual impact or creating a fun and motivational environment for your team to work in, your contribution is valuable to the overall performance of your store.
If this isn’t enough you’ll also assist with the recruitment and development of the stores team and be willing and eager to step into your manager’s shoes as and when is required.
About you
Confident and enthusiastic and preferably with some supervisory experience gained from working within the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industry you’ll be a competent organiser and problem solver and possess outstanding communication skills. Finally you’ll be educated to a good standard in numeracy and literacy.
