Thanks for your interest in Claire’s and welcome to our UK Recruitment website.

It’s a great time to be joining Claire’s as I hope you’ll realise by reading the pages on this site and of course you’d expect me to say that wouldn’t you? But I can genuinely put some meaning to those words and tell you why it’s such a special time for me.

You see I was part of the original success story at Claire’s. In fact I built the business as Managing Director in the UK from 50 stores to 450 stores, before leaving to spend a bit more time with my family in 2002. The thing that made us special then, hasn’t gone away and in fact we’ve continued to grow our success story. So why have I been tempted back? Well you may know that Claire’s changed hands last year and the new owners wanted to inject some new life and energy in to the company. That’s where I come in. I jumped at the chance of realising their vision and creating an even more special company second time round.

We’ve got ambitious plans. And with ambition comes growth, and with growth comes opportunity. I want all our team to have the ability to build their careers and develop themselves and thrive on our future success.
