Speaking of stores, we now have more than 3,000 worldwide in 27 different countries. From the UK and Ireland to mainland Europe, our retail network now totals over 1,000 stores. We've organised our growing store network into three zones: Zone 1 is the UK and Ireland; Zone 2 covers France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium; Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany make up Zone 3; and Zone 4 consists of Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. While we manage all key support services, including Buying, Merchandising, HR and IT, from our European Head Office in Birmingham, we still keep some local on-the-ground support in each zone or country.
